Languages in Creation
Old Realm draw from a variety of sources and sometimes use the name of beings such as Yozis and Gods as a reference for the deformed version. Perhaps one reason why it is so hodgepodge is that it is a truly ancient language which is ancestor to many others. Alternatively, reconstructed Old Realm is NOT the original form and is itself a bastardized language which loan from other now-extinct tongues. This was a very useful resource, too. The variant names are presumably bastardized spellings found in older texts and/or the Shogunate era and show how Old Realm names changed and were adapted to countless other languages. It is my 'head canon' that, because of how Old Realm functioned, that older names invariably tend more toward the syllabic. These syllables are clear and separate.
The modern Realm family names are partially drawn from Japanese and Chinese but beyond that they draw more from the idea that Old Realm evolved, changed and decayed during the Shogunate era. It is different from the canonical Dynast names but that's partially from my headcanon that those related to the Empress come from originally highly disparate Shogunate-era lined and have a lot more variety than those mortal names which developed during the time of the Scarlet Empress' reign. Some still use variations with ties to the Shogunate era. The noble lines, meanwhile, may be named after namesakes who had non-Shogunate names.

The way I see it, peasant names which are actual names (and not words) are probably fairly limited. Life is cheap and these are fairly uneducated people, even if living conditions on the Blessed Isle are far beyond those of most people in Creation.
No, rather, what makes life 'cheap' is just how faceless and expendable the peasantry is. Most don't have names which are, well, actual names and they are more likely to be named things which mean 'first son', 'second son' and 'third daughter'. Otherwise, they fit the other naming convention of Creation of using cool-sounding words like animal names or phenomena. However, peasants are likely to be named after animals found around their village or natural feature as well as something or some trait their parents hope their child has, so someone named 'Patient Fox' was most likely named as such because his parents hope he's a patient child (as opposed to his rowdy older siblings) and because the village has many tanners who primarily work with fox pelts.

Lookshy names are slightly different, sharing the similar 'deformed Old Realm' names but twisted in a different direction which sounds less like Asian languages and more Hellenistic. Think Ozymandias, for example, which doesn't seem to share a root in 'Useer-Mat-Re' unless you squint. This is done to reinforce their comparison with the Spartans. However they retain a strong current of the faux-Japanese of the Shogunate era.

Using the Tables
These tables can be further mixed and matched to produce more permutations whenever there's a need for it. Using this random generator combined with these tables (and the Faux Asian names) can create an astounding array of possible names. Generally, Realm Peasants have simpler names and possibly only a personal name while Patricians have (Family Name)+Personal Name and Dynast have a similar structure but their first name is always their House Name (Mnemon, Cathak...)
