Godbound/Exalted: Quick and Dirty Lesser Dragon-Blooded

Okay so maybe the chart from last time were long, intensive affairs which are less encounter/foe generator and more an in-depth NPC generator. Maybe there could be a need to generate quicker, cheaper Dragon-Blooded foes or maybe someone want something a bit more smooth and clean not to mention faster-paced given the nature of Godbound rules. So here is something somewhat simpler and abstract.

The Dragon-Blooded has the following innate abilities: -As it commit Effort, it become surrounded by a damaging aura of swirling elemental forces, inflicting 1d4 damage to foes striking it with melee weapons. -It is bound to either the Word of Earth, Fire, Sky, Sea or Wood and can use it for miracles. It also possesses the innate benefits of these words. -The Dragon-Blooded can take two actions per turn.
